The integration of ICT into the educational process is not about replacing the teacher, but about empowering them and transforming learning.
The main points I’ve taken away:
Teacher’s Assistant: Technology reduces the administrative burden (lesson planning, rubrics) and facilitates differentiated instruction, freeing up time for meaningful interaction with students.
Development of Critical Thinking: The goal is not a ready-made answer, but the cultivation of digital literacy—students learn to ask the right questions (prompting), cross-check sources, and identify errors or biases.
Ethics & Digital Well-being: The use of technology must be transparent, protect personal data, and strike a balance between screen time and hands-on, collaborative activities.
Our goal remains pedagogical excellence: Technology is the means, not the end.
